At M2 Labs, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all electronics and hardware we manufacture. This warranty ensures our customers receive long-term reliability and performance from their M2 Labs gear.

Warranty Coverage

 

The M2 Labs Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Any manufacturing defects in electronic components and hardware.

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

  • Any necessary repairs or replacements to restore the product to full functionality.

 

This warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.

  • Damage caused by improper power supply, liquid exposure, or environmental conditions outside recommended use.

 

Warranty Registration

 

To be eligible for the Lifetime Warranty, customers must:

  1. Create an account on our website (m2-labs.com).

  2. Register their product(s) within their account by providing the product's serial number and purchase details.

 

Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.

 

Warranty Transfer Policy

 

This Lifetime Warranty is transferable once during the life of the product. The new owner must:

  • Create an account on m2-labs.com.

  • Provide proof of the original purchase and transfer request.

  • Register the product under their account.

 

Once transferred, the new owner assumes the remaining Lifetime Warranty benefits.

 

Warranty Claim Process

 

If a product develops a defect covered under this warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Warranty Claim

    1. Log in to your account at m2-labs.com.

    2. Select the registered product and initiate a claim.

    3. Describe the issue and attach any necessary documentation.
       

  2. Ship the Product to Us

    1. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to M2 Labs for warranty service.

    2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring the package.
       

  3. Repair or Replacement

    1. Our technicians will assess the product and determine the best course of action (repair or replacement).

    2. If the product cannot be repaired and an identical replacement is unavailable, we will provide an equivalent product of similar value and functionality.
       

  4. Return Shipping

    1. M2 Labs covers the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.

 

Final Terms & Conditions

 

  • M2 Labs reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty conditions.

  • Warranty service is only available for products purchased through authorized dealers or directly from M2 Labs.

  • This warranty is limited to the original or first transferee owner and is only valid within the country of purchase.

  • M2 Labs is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
